Houston, We Have a Baby!
This greeting was totally out of this world! I delivered this greeting for a space themed baby shower and I think it might be my best work yet. Baby Glenn is on his way and his family is so excited to meet him when he arrives on planet Earth! I had to make sure this greeting was over the top and I think I pulled it off. Ben & Jetdell Buy a House!
Ben and Jetdell closed on their brand new house in Melbourne, Florida on the same day as their final walk through. Their realtor, Misty Morrison, asked me to help surprise them with a huge greeting to welcome them home! I put this sign in their new yard with lots of love. I wish Ben and Jetdell many years of health and happiness in their new home.

Siblings Share a Birthday!
On a rainy night in Orlando, I delivered an extra special greeting for a pair of siblings who share the same birthday! Big brother Valor turned 4 years old and his sister Capri turned 2. They are lucky enough to celebrate on the same day (even if that means double birthday duties for their mom Sarai). Happy birthday, Valor! Happy birthday, Capri!

Celebrating a Doctorate
I was so excited to deliver this greeting for Carrie. I had to be very sneaky and quiet when I delivered this greeting because I didn’t want Carrie’s dog to see me or hear me! That would have ruined this wonderful surprise. Carrie’s mom and sister wanted to surprise her to celebrate Carrie’s educational doctorate, but had to wait to confirm that she would actually receive the degree. I coordinated with Carrie’s mom so that I would arrive as soon as Carrie left for work. Luckily, the dog did not give me away and the surprise went off without a hitch. Congratulations, Carrie!

Riverwood Baseball Senior Night

Millie’s 100th!
When I heard about this 100th birthday party, I knew I had to be there! This was definitely one of the most special greetings I have ever delivered. Millie celebrated her 100th birthday with a big drive by car parade and outdoor gathering at her retirement community. Her family was not sure they’d be able to have any kind of celebration due to the pandemic, but luckily, they found a safe way to celebrate! Millie’s children, grandchildren, and great grandson were able to attend the party. Even the local Atlanta news came to cover the party! What a wonderful milestone. We hope Millie had a wonderful 100th birthday!

Happy Purim!
The Jewish holiday of Purim is a big celebration with costumes, noisemakers, treats and cookies from friends, many drinks, and lots of parties! This holiday commemorates the saving of the Jewish people from Haman, an Achaemenid Persian Empire official who was planning to kill all the Jews. Traditionally, there are readings from the Book of Esther, and the noisemakers are used to drown out the sound of the name “Haman,” the man who planned the mass execution. Luckily his plot was foiled, and the Jews survived. Happy Purim to all who celebrate!

Lake Worth Street Painting Festival
The Lake Worth Street Painting Festival happens annually in downtown Lake Worth Beach. The festival draws in hundreds of thousands of people for a 2-day art festival featuring incredibly talented chalk artists from around the world! Two main streets are closed off s0 hundreds of artists can create amazing art using the street as a canvas. Due to Covid this year’s festival had to be canceled. A few Lake Worth Beach residents coordinated a campaign to create chalk art “where you are” thus creating a VIRTUAL Street Painting Festival for 2021! An artist named Hector Diaz invited some artist friends to create art in his mother’s long driveway. It was a mini version of the festival! I delivered a greeting to recognize their efforts and so that passersby would know to stop and look for the art!

A Last Minute COVID Valentine
Early on the morning of February 14, Lisa got in touch with me to request a last minute Valentine’s Day greeting for her family. Lisa is battling a severe case of COVID along with pneumonia and has not been able to see her husband or her two sons. This is this first Valentine’s Day she has ever had to spend without them. Last week, Lisa’s condition was extremely serious and things were touch and go. Ultimately she pulled through, but she remains hospitalized–improving each day. Lisa wanted to let her family know how much she loves them, so I was of course ready to help her in any way I could! I delivered this big love letter to Lisa’s husband and sons on a snowy Valentine’s morning in Cincinnati. “Happy Valentine’s Day to my 3 loves. I thank and love you!” All of us in the Sign Greeters family are wishing Lisa a speedy and complete recovery. We hope we get to help welcome her home with a big yard greeting very soon.

Peace, Love, & Epstein!
I love delivering greetings to The Epstein School in Atlanta! This year, their PTO launched their largest fundraiser of the year. The Jewish holiday of Purim has a nice custom called Mishloach Manot. Mishloach Manot are special gift baskets of food and drink that are delivered to friends, family, and neighbors. The Epstein School is selling Mishloach Manot this year for their fundraiser! The theme is “Peace, Love, & Epstein” so for launch day, everyone was decked out in tie dye, flower crowns, and peace signs! I was so excited to deliver this groovy greeting for their carpool launch.

Coaches vs. Cancer Week: Suits and Sneakers!
Every year, the National Association of Basketball Coaches celebrates Coaches vs. Cancer Suits and Sneakers Week. Basketball coaches across the country wear sneakers with their suits during games in order to raise awareness about cancer and hopefully raise money for the American Cancer Society. Lakewood Ranch High School and Braden River High School participated this year and held their own Coaches vs Cancer week game. The two schools tipped off on Friday night.
