June is Pride Month! Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) Pride Month is currently celebrated each year in the month of June to honor the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan. The Stonewall Uprising was a tipping point for the Gay Liberation Movement in the United States. Pride is now a worldwide celebration! We know last year’s Pride, like everything else, looked a bit different because of COVID. Hopefully this year, now that people are getting vaccinated, Pride celebrations can happen safely in person again. We are so excited to see how all of you celebrate Pride. Love is love is love.
