What is included in the price?

The price includes setup and break down of your greeting. Greeting, name, graphics, stars and balloons are all included. Added names, greetings, and days are an additional fee. Orders may be subject to rush fees or outside of service area delivery fees. 

How will I know if my date is available?

Once you complete a request form, your Greeter will contact you to confirm your date or let you know that your date is unavailable. If your date is available, you will receive an invoice. Once you’ve paid, you’re all set! You will receive additional information 24-48 hours in advance of your installation date.

What zip codes do you service? What if my zip code is not listed?

Our homepage has a zip code search. If we do not have a Greeter in your area, our results will show you the closest locations. If you are unable to locate a Greeter in your area, please contact us and we will do our best to find a Greeter nearby. 

How do I book a greeting?

Once you have found the Greeter in your area, please fill out the request form and wait for confirmation. There are step by step instructions on each Greeter’s web page in case you need them!

Can I place a special order or request special graphics?

Our Greeters will do their best to accommodate graphics and color requests, but inventory is ever changing, so requests can not be guaranteed. Special orders may or may not be accepted, depending upon your Greeter. If you would like to place a special graphic order, it may be subject to an additional fee. Special graphic orders require a minimum of 3 weeks notice for design and production.
